SAP FICO CONSULTANT (ENG)

Our client is an international manufacturing environment with multiple sites across Europe, where SAP plays a central role in supporting and optimizing business processes. To strengthen the internal IT team, we are looking for a SAP FICO Consultant with a strong process-oriented and analytical approach. You will join a large IT team that provides support from the headquarters to the Belgian and international sites.

SAP FICO

Functie

  • You analyze finance and controlling processes and translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions
  • You configure and optimize SAP FICO processes and contribute to the development of a standardized SAP template
  • You actively participate in blueprint, fit-gap, and implementation projects
  • You prepare functional and technical specifications and follow them through testing and go-live
  • You support the business during user acceptance testing and post-implementation support
  • You collaborate with business process owners, key users, and IT colleagues
  • You contribute to third-line support and the continuous improvement of the SAP landscape
  • You work with modern SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA

Profiel

  • You hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree
  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a SAP FICO Consultant or SAP Business Analyst
  • You have a thorough knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes within SAP
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
  • You are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented
  • You are able to work independently but also function effectively within a team
  • You are willing to travel occasionally within Europe
  • You communicate fluently in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
