IT SUPPORT FRANCE
Functie
- You are the ‘go-to’ person for all the colleagues of the French sites, for all IT-incidents & service requests.
- You install & configure IT Hardware and Software
- You make sure everything is in place for new colleagues
- You ensure the compliance of different systems (AV, Patching, Encryption,..) across all devices, using PowerBI dashboards.
- You identify recurring problems & if necessary, refer them to the appropriate internal support teams.
- You maintain the IT systems and provide documentation for all users.
- You will gain experience and become a expert in your domaine.
Profiel
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- You are strong in organising your work: prioritising based on the incoming tickets in combination with all other tasks
- You communicate clearly and transparently with colleagues and end users
- You speak French perfectly and can also express yourself fluently in English
- You are prepared to travel to different sites if required.
Technische skills
- You have knowledge of Enterprise IT and are familiar with the Microsoft Technology Stack (Windows, Office 365, SCCM/MECM/Intune, Azure (AD).
- You have a good understanding of ITIL.
