CRM Analyst Developer

We’re looking for a CRM (MS Dynamics 365 CE) Specialist for an international company with it’s headquarters in the region Deerlijk. This firm has around 1800 employees spread over 45 companies all over Europe. This firm was originated 45 years ago and is still showing annual growth due to new acquisitions, not to mention, worldwide shipping on all products.

They are currently working on several IT projects: the implementation of a new ERP package (MS Dynamics 365), a new CRM (MS Dynamics CE), development of mobile applications, specific software tailor made to the customer’s liking,..

The CRM Specialist will find him/herself working in a driven IT team (15 colleague’s) where he/she will get the chance to execute challenging and diverse projects.

CRM Analyst Developer

Functie

To translate the users needs into software or technological solutions. You will apply the required configuration.

As a software developer (through the dynamics webtool) you will develop and improve the CRM products and accessory tools, with your team. This tool will be internally personalized and developed differently for each company.

Once the CRM system is implemented, you will give the users the required assistance to assure the most correct and efficient use of said system (2nd & 3rd line support). 1st line support is provided by the support team, so not your task.

Profiel

You have experience within the implementation of CRM software packages.

You have great analytic skills and are eager to find the best solution to a problem. You’re capable of transmuting a functional analysis into a stabile and user-friendly UI.

You’re technically skilled, experience regarding CRM-programming is an asset, as is knowledge of Javascript.

You’re flexible and result-oriented. You keep your composure in stressful situations and know how to prioritize.

You’re perfectly capable of expressing yourself in English.

Technische skills

CRM knowledge (Microsoft, Dynamics CE, Salesforce, or other...)
